Beneficiaries and stakeholders of the EU UWWTD project

Main users

The main institutions that will be supported by the project and the main/direct beneficiaries, hereinafter: the direct beneficiaries of the project are:

• Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
• Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry;
• RS Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management;
• Government of the Brčko District of BiH, Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management;
• Agency for the water area of the Sava River;
• Agency for the water area of the Adriatic Sea;
• Public institution Voda Srpska.

Indirect users

Other participants, who will be affected by this assistance, are the indirect beneficiaries of the project:

• Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism (FMOiT);
• Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of the RS (MPUGE RS),
• Government of Brčko District BiH, Department for Spatial Planning and Property-Legal Affairs - Sub-Department for Issuing Location Conditions and Environmental Protection.
• In addition, other ministries and/or public institutions, responsible for agricultural and industrial development, cantonal and municipal/municipal authorities (local self-government units-JLS) responsible for water resources management, statistical agencies, and public utility companies-JKP, are also users/ indirect beneficiaries of this project and will be included within their area of responsibility.

MVTEO will coordinate project cooperation between direct and indirect project beneficiaries, such as ministries responsible for environmental protection, relevant ministries for agriculture and industry, statistical agencies, PUC, etc.
